Michał graduated from Sociology and Administration at the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. Michał graduated also from the postgraduate studies in Advanced Management Training in Pharmacoeconomics, Pharma Marketing and Law at the Warsaw University of Technology and The Yearly postgraduate Business and Management Studies at Warsaw School of Economics.
His career path began in leading Polish media company, Axel Springer Poland (now Ringer, Axel Springer Poland), having in its portfolio nationwide newspapers and internet portals. Michał was responsible for marketing and communication support of new products. He was also responsible as project manager for the “Media EQUAL” project financed from the European funds (project value: PLN 10 million).
From 2009 till 2012 Michał was responsible for the public relations and communication activates in the Polish branch of Amgen, the largest independent biotechnology company in the world. Michael executed marketing and public relations projects for the products in company portfolio. Michał coordinated implementation of international Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects, he was also responsible for cooperation with patients advocacy groups and internet projects. Thanks to his commitment Amgen has received numerous awards including: the Most Innovative Product of the Year.
