Equipment (WP4)

To build the capacity of MUW’s research base in molecular oncology and translational studies by purchasing state-of-the art equipment items, including:

  • a microfluidic chip Access Array
  • a protein purification work station
  • an automatic platform for multispectral detection of fluorescence, absorbance and luminescence on
  • microtiter plates
  • a multicolour flow cytometer with sorter
  • a system for large-scale and high-throughput isolation of DNA and RNA,
  • a laser microdissection system
  • bioinformatics infrastructure and support for personalized medicine studies
