Małgorzata Firczuk

Dr Małgorzata Firczuk graduated from the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology, University of Gdansk and  Medical University of Gdansk in 2002 and from Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical University of Gdansk in 2003. She received her doctoral degree (PhD) in biological sciences in 2007 from the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics, Polish Academy of Science, Warsaw. In the years 2003-2007, she worked as a PhD student, and in the years 2007-2009 as a postdoctoral fellow, in the International Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Warsaw.

In the years 2009-2012, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Immunology, Medical University of Warsaw, within the TEAM program financed by Foundation for Polish Science. Currently, she works as a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Immunology, Medical University of Warsaw under the BASTION program.

Dr Firczuk is the co-author of numerous scientific publications, both original and review papers, as well as book chapter. Research by Dr Firczuk is supported by Foundation for Polish Science, Ministry of Science and Higher Education, National Science Centre.
