A Breast Cancer Research journal letter “In silico analysis of microRNA-510 as a potential oncomir in human breast cancer” has been published on March 12th 2014. The authors provide the context of -omics type population-centered in silico analysis to discuss a previously published information on a putative oncogenic character of miR-510 effects. The published results also strongly highlight a significant advance in technological transition between microarrays and the emerging next generation sequencing (NGS) techniques in the studies focusing transcriptomes.
Impact Factor is 5,87.
